MSX International’s, Chester Han is responsible for the inorganic growth strategies of the company and has extensive experience in corporate development/M&A, strategy, and transactional finance, with deep domain knowledge of the technology and automotive sectors.
Previously, Chester held executive strategy roles at Cox Automotive, led the corporate development & strategic planning teams at Dealertrack (a global automotive software provider purchased by Cox Automotive) and was also a key member of the corporate development team at EDO Corporation (a defense technology company purchased by ITT Industries).

Chester started his career at Bank of America, helping to provide debt financing solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Chester holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School with honors and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo.

He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
