Dirk joined MSX International in May 2012. He oversees global sales and contributes to the growth of large OEM key accounts. In his 20 years’ experience, prior to his engagement at MSX, he held different VP roles at European OEMs in sales, product, MI, training and strategy in regions that include China, USA, Europe or global.

Alexander started his Automotive career 19 years ago after having finished his Business and Masters Degree in Business Administration studies in Spain, France and Germany.
Alexander joined the MSX family in 2020 and is responsible for the strategic and sales activities for BMW globally. Before joining MSX Alexander headed up a software development and implementation company for the Automotive used car business. Additionally, he managed, amongst others, several projects in the fields of product management, BI/reporting, training-, used car market-, aftersales development and sales steering on OEM, NSC and dealer level in various markets.
Alexander is based in our Munich office.

Jayesh Jagasia

Global Program Director, Learning and Development

Jayesh is an automotive learning & development and retail performance subject matter expert at MSX International. Entrepreneurial at heart, his previous venture aimed to radically transform the used-car purchase experience in emerging markets. With 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry, Jayesh has played a variety of roles within MSX across the US, Europe, China and Asia-Pacific. From setting up learning & development operations for clients to managing market operations, and leading large multinational training Academies, he brings rich global experience in the training domain to the table. His areas of interest are artificial intelligence, learning technology and the future of mobility. Jayesh produces and hosts the AI in Automotive Podcast, and is based in London.

Marcelo Costa e Silva

Marcelo has 22 years of automotive experience working in different fields for a German premium car maker. Having spent almost 14 years in the retail training business among others as Central Market Manager of several markets around the globe, as well as Aftersales & Sustainability training – tendering, development & conduction – expert.
Due to his passion for diversity, intercultural and sustainability topics Marcelo has been running a small international training & consulting business in this area since end 2022.

Álvaro Verdejo

Key Account Manager

Alvaro is a telecommunications engineer and a master’s degree in automotive business management from the European Institute.
Alvaro has worked for MSX for more than 15 years. During his time with MSX he has worked across a wide range of activities for Volkswagen Group and Toyota providing everything from project co-ordination and delivery to consultancy expertise.  In 2022 Alvaro played a key role in setting up the Training Academies for Volkswagen and SEAT in Spain which delivers a wide range of automotive training through a specialist team of 80 trainers.

Fiona Baldwin

Fiona has 25 years of automotive experience working both within OEM and Consultancy environments. Having spent more than 10 years working within Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as Academy Manager and Operations Manager within Volkswagen Group Retailer Learning and Development Function Fiona has a deep understanding of Academy Management and Network Engagement. Fiona joined MSX International in 2016 and has worked with us to manage and grow our Learning and Development profile within the UK. Most notably playing a core role in managing Automotive Academies for VWG and Nissan in the UK. Fiona is responsible for the management and quality of delivery across all MSX L&D Contracts in the UK.

Balázs Koncz

Sales and Operations Manager – SEE

Balazs has 23 years of automotive experience working in a range of field and management roles in across the areas of sales, marketing and aftersales at NSCs, and with a number of Independent After Market companies with a large geographical coverage mainly in Central and Eastern Europe, and Former Soviet Union. He joined MSXI in 2018 in Budapest as a Sales and Ops Manager, responsible for South East Europe region’s field activity, including audits, process improvement programs, trainings etc. Balazs is also responsible for BMW Parts Logistics support services for the Central – South region.

Alessandro has 25 years of experience in consultancy, training and process outsourcing and has 20+ years of experience in the Automotive industry. Since joining MSX in 2000 Alessandro has worked on a wide range of projects operating as both a project manager and senior consultant across our client portfolio in Italy. Alessandro is MSX Keay Account Manager for BMW in Italy as well as being responsible for all local marketing activities.

Cláudia Neves

Manager, Learning & Development

Claudia joined MSX in 2021 to lead all BMW Non -Technical training activity in Portugal. Claudia has more than 15 years of experience in training management and development within the automotive industry. Having managed all training activity for Opel in Portugal for 12+ years Claudia has a real depth of understanding of training development, Academy operational management and budget control. Alongside this she has led international projects working across many markets and with diverse teams to ensure successful project completion. Claudia has a real passion for supporting and developing the teams she works with to ensure that they thrive and deliver the best client service.

Mátyás Bernáth

Mátyás is an automotive engineer and economist who has been working for MSX International since 2021. He has worked in the automotive business for 19 years at NSC’s, with experience in all aftersales- related areas, such as service marketing, training (OEM certified technical trainer), dealer development, technical field force, parts sales and aftersales management.
Matyas is experienced in project implementation and management most recently having managed a workshop process audit and consultation project for EU region. He has also supported the creation of an electric vehicle manufacturer’s European retail engagement center at MSXi.
