Paul Dyer

Operations Director UK

Paul has fulfilled the role of UK Operations Director at MSX since 2014. He is responsible for managing operations and customer relationships, creating a successful environment for some of the most influential automotive OEMs. Paul joined MSX in 2006 as a Strategic Account Executive, using his years of industry experience to coordinate worldwide sales and operations for one of MSX’s largest customers. Paul has 28 years of automotive experience working initially within motorsport before moving to OEM consultancy within both the engineering and service sectors. Delivering across international boundaries and engaging with different cultures he has come to understand how to help everyone in a team deliver to their best ability. He joined MSXI in 2006 working initially in the U.K. before rolling out Technical and Warranty programmes to Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. For the last 9 years Paul has held the position of UK Operations Director working with 420 colleagues to deliver over 200 projects annually.

Fiona has 25 years of automotive experience working both within OEM and Consultancy environments. Having spent more than 10 years working within Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles as Academy Manager and Operations Manager within Volkswagen Group Retailer Learning and Development Function Fiona has a deep understanding of Academy Management and Network Engagement. Fiona joined MSX International in 2016 and has worked with us to manage and grow our Learning and Development profile within the UK. Most notably playing a core role in managing Automotive Academies for VWG and Nissan in the UK. Fiona is responsible for the management and quality of delivery across all MSX L&D Contracts in the UK

With 26 years of Automotive industry experience Ian is an accomplished Operations Manager with a proven track record in managing and developing technical training and apprenticeship programmes. Ian’s career is firmly founded in automotive apprentice training initially training apprentices and technicians for a local training provider. As a technical trainer Ian has worked across various brands and projects. With experience working both in OEMs and Apprenticeship providers Ian has managed apprenticeship training, technical training and Aftersales field teams. Ian joined Bosch in 2012 with management responsibility for multiple apprentice and technical training programmes.
