Let’s respond together

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is presenting tremendous challenges for our entire world.  It is a global health crisis with far reaching implications, the extent of which are still becoming apparent.

During this period of uncertainty, MSX International is dedicated to promoting good health and wellbeing, to containing the virus and minimizing its spread, and to reducing the impact it will have on individuals, families, and communities around the world.

Our thoughts are with all those who have been affected.

Our priority

MSX´s top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. As the COVID-19 virus evolved into a global health concern, we shared a list of safety recommendations for each market to customize in accordance with local conditions and government initiatives. Our goal is to minimize the risk to our employees and our community and to help lower the probability of the spread of the virus to you, to your families and to the communities where we operate.

To help better manage our Coronavirus prevention and mitigation efforts, regional task forces have been established. Regional VPs, market operations directors and HR leaders are working together to make quick and informed decisions. Due to the rapid response in affected markets, and the issuing of various government mandates, efforts are being managed locally, under this regional direction and oversight.

We have worked tirelessly to help ensure the safety of our employees and partners alike. Our goal is to reduce the spread of the virus and minimize business disruption as much as possible.

Our commitment to our customers

“Our duty and mission at MSX is to support our customers in overcoming these challenging moments and enable them to navigate successfully out of this crisis. As an international company with years of industry experience, we are eager and able to support the industry throughout this challenge and provide our services across many different business functions – even remotely as this period dictates.”

CEO Message

March 18th, 2020

In the wake of the COVID-19 virus, our highest priority is to do our part to help ensure the health and safety of our team members, our customers, and their employees. We are closely monitoring the situation daily at a global level and acting where we can to prevent the virus spreading further. We are monitoring the information provided by public health agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we continue to inform our teams, take actions necessary to help protect the community, and successfully adjust and execute our company’s Pandemic Response Plan that includes a series of policies and actions. Together with the rest of the world, we are doing our best to win this race.

In parallel with this fight, which demands a number of precautions and social distancing, we also need to ensure we do our best to support the automotive industry and help our customers overcome this difficult time. During this period, we understand that many of our customers around the world are experiencing a range of difficulties and critical problems that influence their daily operations as well as their long-term business strategy. Our duty and mission at MSX is to support our customers in overcoming these challenging moments and enable them to navigate successfully out of this crisis. As an international company with years of industry experience, we are eager and able to support the industry throughout this challenge and provide our services across many different business functions – even remotely as this period dictates.

As a global provider of outsourced business processes, we have the ability to conduct business remotely, via digital tools such as teleconferences and other virtual platforms, promoting social distancing to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Working with many international teams on a daily basis, we know that location and distance do not impede a successful business operation. All that’s required is focus and the right technology in place. At MSX, we have both. I want to personally assure you that our team members around the globe remain committed to providing you with high-quality services and solutions independently of their physical location. Therefore, rest assured that we are working around the clock to ensure your new business needs are met and to help you through this difficult journey.

On behalf of the entire team here at MSX, we want to thank you for your continued trust and assure you that we are together in this. Collaboration is key. Let’s respond together.

    Stay informed.

    World Health Organization

WHO began when our Constitution came into force on 7 April 1948 – a date we now celebrate every year as World Health Day.

We are now more than 7000 people working in 150 country offices, in six regional offices and at our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.

Our primary role is to direct and coordinate international health within the United Nations system.

Our main areas of work are health systems; health through the life-course; noncommunicable and communicable diseases; preparedness, surveillance and response; and corporate services.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

CDC works 24/7 to protect America from health, safety and security threats, both foreign and in the U.S. Whether diseases start at home or abroad, are chronic or acute, curable or preventable, human error or deliberate attack, CDC fights disease and supports communities and citizens to do the same.

CDC increases the health security of our nation. As the nation’s health protection agency, CDC saves lives and protects people from health threats. To accomplish our mission, CDC conducts critical science and provides health information that protects our nation against expensive and dangerous health threats, and responds when these arise.
