MSX International announces joint venture with Stellantis to support Eurorepar Car Service network

The two companies will work together to support the operational efficiency and consistency of the Eurorepar Car Service network in the UK.

Colchester, United Kingdom – 05^th February 2026 – MSX International (MSX) today announced the formation of a joint venture with Stellantis N.V. to provide services to Stellantis’ independent after-sales network, Eurorepar Car Service, in the United Kingdom and other markets across Europe.

The joint venture will focus on delivering a comprehensive suite of support services to Eurorepar Car Service centers, Stellantis’s multi-brand maintenance and repair network, which serves a wide range of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. These services will include the coordination of parts and service programs, support for network operations, and operational performance improvement initiatives.

The joint venture is structured to enable clear governance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Both parties will contribute defined resources, systems, and processes to support the network.

All required regulatory conditions have been satisfied and the transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.

Further information about the operational details of the joint venture and its services to the Eurorepar Car Service network will be communicated directly to participating centers and relevant partners in due course.
