Every year, we launch an award that encourages teammates to vote for colleagues who embody inclusion through their everyday actions. Our Inclusion Awards celebrate individuals who set an outstanding example of inclusivity in their initiatives and behaviors within the company and beyond.

When the devastating floods struck Eastern Spain in October 2024, they impacted many lives, including those of our valued MSX colleagues. In response, we took immediate action to support both our teammates and their wider communities, setting up taskforces to work with people and help them navigate these extremely challenging circumstances.

One of these was the Women in Automotive Summit in Detroit, which was dedicated to accelerating diversity and inspiring change in the automotive and mobility industry.
