One way we do this is with The Green Hackathon – a competition that empowers employees to generate actionable ideas that can be implemented within our operations, furthering our goal to reduce our carbon footprint and promoting a culture of sustainability.

We’re driving down CO₂ emissions
As outlined in our Climate and Environmental Policy, we are committed to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality in our own operations by 2035.
To support this commitment, we’re actively working to increase the share of hybrid and electric vehicles within our company fleet. Our goal is to raise the share of hybrid or fully electric vehicles to 50% by 2030.

We have planted our own forest, in collaboration with Treedom – a digital platform that enables tree planting and remote monitoring of their growth. The first trees were planted in Colombia and Thailand, contributing to CO₂ absorption, biodiversity, and local livelihoods.
