Alessandro has 25 years of experience in consultancy, training and process outsourcing and has 20+ years of experience in the Automotive industry. Since joining MSX in 2000 Alessandro has worked on a wide range of projects operating as both a project manager and senior consultant across our client portfolio in Italy. Alessandro is MSX Keay Account Manager for BMW in Italy as well as being responsible for all local marketing activities.

Marta is Head of Learning Solutions for MSX in Italy, she has a wide range of experience having worked in all areas of learning and development as a Training Manager, Trainer, Coach and HR Expert. With more than 22 years of experience in training management, Marta joined MSX in 2021 having worked for a large OEM for 20 years. She has experience in managing several teams of trainers involved in many retail training projects of a different nature (technical, commercial, service, product). She is also an expert of various training topics on leadership and resource management.

Fabrizio has joined MSX in 2016 and has several years of experience in the financial & insurance sector gained in multinational companies and in car dealership (Toyota Financial Services; Subaru Italia). He has managed the training for Toyota, Lexus, Daihatsu and Subaru networks and contacts with the dealer. He is now full-time engaged in the design and delivery of non-technical training courses for Suzuki, JLR Group and PSA Group.
