Introducing the MSX Global Business Value Streams organization

Unlocking Exceptional Value for Our Customers

At MSX, we aim to deliver exceptional value and the highest standard of solutions and services to our customers, so we’re proud to introduce our Global Business Value Streams. The Value Streams organization is designed to strengthen our offerings and help us to support our customers in more effective and efficient ways.

We have also implemented a lean organization to maximize efficiency and pursue continuous improvement. This lean organization will work closely with the value streams to streamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive operational excellence at every step. 

Within each value stream, we will establish a dedicated solutions organization that promotes best practice sharing and fosters a culture of innovation. The solutions organization will nurture a creative and collaborative environment, and encourage the exploration of innovative approaches, enabling us to stay ahead of the curve and provide our customers with cutting-edge solutions. 

Each of our eight Value Streams focuses on the delivery of value through enhanced solutions and services.

Increasing customer satisfaction and revenue for our clients’ aftersales businesses.

4. Diagnostic and Repair Enhancement

Helping our clients to deliver more efficient and effective services through access to technical support and innovative repair processes.

5. Warranty and Repair Efficiency

Offering our clients the tools and resources to be more efficient and take control of remote and onsite warranty and repair processes.

Enabling our clients to deliver clear, accurate and timely technical documentation and media to consumers and technicians.
