Chester Han is Global Vice President of Corporate Development, MSX International, and responsible for inorganic growth strategies at MSX. He has extensive experience in corporate development/mergers and acquisitions, strategy and transactional finance, with deep domain knowledge in the technology and automotive sectors.
Previously, Chester held executive strategy roles at Cox Automotive, led the corporate development and strategic planning teams at Dealertrack (a global automotive software provider purchased by Cox Automotive). He was also a key member of the corporate development team at EDO Corporation (a defense technology company purchased by ITT Industries). Chester started his career at Bank of America, helping to provide debt financing solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Chester holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, graduating with honors, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from SUNY Buffalo. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
